This is a FREE2Subscribe2 internet calendar of Pilates Reloaded PILATES and DANCE events that will be held weekly online and accessible through the ZOOM link that you will find by clicking on each event.

PILATES - no equipment needed. It is a general level of Pilates Mat based exercises combined with some yoga stretches and breathing.

DANCE - we learn the basics of rumba, cha cha cha, jive and many more. You can join in solo or with partners.

Both classes are an hour long and easy to follow for all levels in a relaxed environment so don’t be shy. It is free to try out.
